July 19
Sheet rocking, plumbing and electrical work continued this week. The ductwork for the HVAC has arrived and is being installed. The current a/c system is being drained so it can be removed.

July 11
The sheet rocking began today. The electrical and plumbing work continues as scheduled, with a/c ductwork scheduled for early next week. The new roof is on track to be installed in late July.

July 2
The entire 3rd and 4th floors have now been demolished, as well as part of the basement. The creation of new electrical and gas service has commenced in the basement. The electricians, plumbers and drywall workmen are here on a daily basis.  40 foot piping to service our new HVAC system was recently delivered as well as steel support columns and beams.  Our new classrooms have already been wired for data and intercom purposes.
