Afterschool Clubs

Our Spring After School Program will begin on Monday, February 4th, 2013. This program has been designed as an extension and enrichment of our school curriculum. Please take the time to read the information with your children and help them choose the clubs that best meet their particular needs and interests.

Please fill out the printed form with the information, and submit it with a check to the MDS Business Office.
Deadline for applications is Monday, January 28th, 2013. Any registrations coming in on or after February 4th, 2013 are subject to a $75 late fee! This fee will not be waived under any circumstances! - VERY IMPORTANT! Children (K-3rd Grade) who are “walkers” must be picked up promptly from their club-room no later then 4:15 PM to enable the instructor to take the remaining children to their buses on time.
- On club days, children who usually travel on the 3:30 PM Board of Ed bus may use the 4:30 PM bus. Since bus routes are different at 4:30 PM, parents must check bus stops to ensure their child gets off at the right stop. If your child is on private bus transportation, check with the company to make sure that there is room.

- If a club is canceled on the same day, because of unforeseen circumstances, the children will remain at the school and will be supervised until the usual after club bus or pick up time. If possible a makeup session will be scheduled.
- Classes are limited in size and registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
- The school reserves the right to dismiss a child if he / she behaves inappropriately in the program. In such a case, a prorated refund will be given.
- A full refund will be given up to and including the first session of the club.
- After-school class lists and room assignments will be posted here and in the MDS lobby at the beginning of the Spring Semester.
